I've had the exact same troubles (so I'm sorry, but I don't believe they've only had 20 complaints), but never received a response to my email. Nearly everyone I know who's talked to me about trying to vote has had some sort of trouble - I only know of one person out of all my friends who has been able to vote once per day for me. This is a <I>real</i> problem and I wish they would stop ignoring it.
