Fitarella.com was born out of my passion for helping others feel their best and live life to the fullest. We have grown in to an amazing community, and I am honored to be a part of it. First and foremost it is dedicated to providing solid information, creating discussion, and supporting your goals/dreams and is not primarily a financially driven blog. With that said, as of December 1, 2009 the FTC has required bloggers to provide disclosures whenever there could be hidden interests or unspoken biases related to recommendations. I make a lot of recommendations, talk about different products, books, programs and the like, most of which I don’t receive any compensation for.
